Job Description

We\'re a Montreal-based company that designs and manufactures stylish travel gear, and we\'re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As our Ecommerce Manager, you\'ll be in charge of our online sales channels, including our Shopify store, email marketing campaigns, social media accounts, and digital media advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Keep our Shopify store running smoothly by managing product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to keep our customers engaged and drive sales
• Provide advice on social media to increase our brand\'s visibility and drive traffic to our online store
• Run or oversee digital advertising campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to find new opportunities for sales and growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce, technology, email, social media, and advertising trends
• Work with our product and creative teams to make sure we are driving sales and growth

• DEC or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and social media marketing
• Knowledge of Shopify, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
