Now we're looking for a passionate and strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our online retail operations. This is an on-site role based at our flagship Summerhill location and Event Boutique, combining digital strategy, data analysis, and hands-on leadership to deliver seamless online experiences and continued growth across our ecommerce channels.

What you'll do

Oversee day-to-day operations of Summerhill Market's ecommerce program, including HomeSome and UberEats platforms Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and consumer insights to optimize product assortment, pricing, and conversion rates Manage all online content including product listings, descriptions, photography, pricing, and seasonal updates Coordinate technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and drive continuous improvements in functionality and UX Partner with Marketing to align online promotions and campaigns with in-store initiatives Oversee order fulfillment accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery for all digital orders Lead and mentor the Ecommerce team responsible for picking, packing, and customer service Respond to escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and speed Coordinate logistics between stores, commissary, and delivery partners to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Track and reconcile invoices, expenses, and platform fees related to online operations Prepare performance reports and insights for senior leadership to support strategic planning and business growth

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or digital marketing management Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights Experience with ecommerce or POS platforms such as HomeSome, Shopify, Instacart, or UberEats Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities Understanding of digital marketing, UX design, and SEO best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Passion for food, innovation, and the Summerhill Market brand Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
