We're hiring a
Part-Time Ecommerce & Logistics Assistant
with the potential for full-time employment to support day-to-day operations. You'll process orders, coordinate shipping, communicate with customers, and assist with basic bookkeeping. This is anin-person role
,3 days per week
, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with online platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill and manage online orders (Shopify, Amazon) Coordinate shipping and track deliveries Respond to customer inquiries professionally Assist with basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) Handle admin duties like filing, data entry, and scheduling
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Must work in person, 3 days/week, at our North York location
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19 - 22 per week
