Shopify inside out
and thrives on improving
UX

SEO

site performance

. You take initiative, move fast, and know how to translate insights into action, optimizing
product pages
, implementing
apps
, refining
merchandising
, and finding smart ways to
grow revenue
and strengthen the
customer experience

, understanding how layout, imagery, and storytelling influence conversion. You know how to apply
fashion-industry best practices
, ensuring every page, product, and landing experience feels on-brand, visually balanced, and designed to convert.
What You'll Do
Take full ownership of the
Shopify store
, optimizing structure, navigation, SEO, merchandising, and checkout for performance and usability
Build and optimize
landing pages
for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
Work directly with the
CEO and leadership team
to identify, prioritize, and execute revenue-driving opportunities
Continuously improve
UX, CRO, and funnel performance
using analytics, testing, and customer insights
Identify, implement, and manage
Shopify apps and integrations
that enhance conversion, AOV, and retention
Execute
on-site promotions, campaigns, and merchandising updates
quickly and accurately
Optimize
website content and product pages for SEO
, improving visibility and organic traffic
Monitor and analyze
store performance
(GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Google Search Console) and act on insights in real time
Collaborate with the creative team on
graphics, layouts, and visuals
that enhance the shopping experience
Stay ahead of
Shopify, SEO, CRO, and ecommerce trends
, tools, and best practices, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities
What You Bring
3-5+ years of
hands-on Shopify ecommerce experience
; you've personally built, optimized, or managed live stores
Strong understanding of
merchandising, SEO best practices, funnel optimization
, and
on-site content strategy
Experience building and testing
landing pages and onsite campaigns
that improve conversion
Confident managing
Shopify themes, apps, and integrations
without heavy dev support
Comfortable using
GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar, and analytics tools
to identify issues and track performance
Familiarity with
email automation and marketing tools
(Klaviyo preferred)
A creative eye and confidence using
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
for simple on-site visuals
Highly
motivated, focused, and self-sufficient

Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and leadership teams
