Graphic Designer - Kapscomoto We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a particular talent in creating detailed image renders using a combination of photography, digital manipulation, and graphic design. This role is integral to our visual marketing efforts, particularly for our Amazon and web-based stores. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of perspective, lighting, and color theory, and be adept at using these skills to produce lifelike and appealing images - or wants to learn and excel at it. Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Image Rendering: Utilize a deep understanding of perspective, lighting, and color theory to create realistic and engaging image renders. Examples include: 1) Photographing our boat cover in-studio and using its textures and details to render it realistically onto a boat in a summer day setting. 2) Capturing images of our Trailer Hitch, then retouching and manipulating elements like bolts and textures in Photoshop for use in Amazon listings.
• Expertise in Adobe Software: Demonstrate expert experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, using these tools to create high-quality visual content.
• Versatile Design Skills: Ability to swiftly transition between different types of projects, including package design, email design, and social media graphics.
• Email Design and Figma Experience: A strong plus is having experience in email design and proficiency in Figma, enhancing our digital marketing capabilities.
• Resourcefulness: Demonstrate resourcefulness in both in-office photography settings and in gathering assets from the web to build image manipulations and other graphical elements like badges, illustrations, etc.
• Graphic Design Fundamentals: Apply a solid foundation in graphic design principles, including lettering, kerning, and grid systems, to ensure high-quality image compositions.
• Template Design and Management: Have experience working within a templated system as well as creating new templates to streamline design processes.
• Amazon Image Creation: Previous experience or a strong understanding of Amazon image creation will be a significant asset.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in image rendering and digital manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding and application of perspective, lighting, and color theory in image creation.
• Experience in package design, email design, and social media graphic design; Figma experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
