Duties:
Manage online storefronts across Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon, WordPress and Shopify.
Optimize product listings with strong SEO and keyword strategies
Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns across marketplaces
Update and maintain websites (WordPress, Shopify)
Maintain accurate inventory files and product data internally and for specific customers
Use Excel (XLOOKUP and advanced functions) to analyze and manage data
Create engaging presentations and design materials (PowerPoint, Canva)
Develop packaging artwork, product inserts, and graphics using Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign)
Coordinate with team and external designers to ensure high-quality deliverables for print and ecommerce
Facilitate and manage customer orders through various channels
Execute email marketing campaigns using Brevo or Mailchimp
Other basic administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair seller platforms
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, email marketing, and social media - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Familiarity with HTML5 for basic website editing
Hands-on experience with SEO and PPC ad management
Proficiency in Excel (including XLOOKUP and formulas)
Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify
Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Brevo/Mailchimp)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Knowledge in Social Media Marketing and sales is a bonus (i.e. Instagram/TikTok shop)
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Previous experience in market analysis and strategy development
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and campaign management
- Ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
