THE TEAM

The mission of the Digital Experience Department is to design world class digital customer experiences balancing functionality, usability, and aesthetics.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Digital Experience team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for creating an aspirational online shopping experience, setting the design direction for Aritzia.com as our eCommerce business rapidly accelerates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a portion of the customer experience, identifying opportunities and designing end-to-end solutions that achieve the perfect balance of functionality, usability, and aesthetics to achieve Everyday Luxury. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Merchandising, and more to consistently deliver customer and company value. THE ROLE

As the Senior Digital Experience Designer, you will lead the team to:

• Develop a user experience vision that delivers on our Everyday Luxury promise
• Serve as subject matter experts on digital experience trends, identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvements to our online experience
• Develop repeatable infrastructure that enables design quality, consistency, and scalability
• Design seamless, integrated shopping experiences for our word class site
• Uncover and apply insights on our site experience to drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to our Design System for the overall success & consistency of our customer experience
• Be customer-centric, whilst propelling our brand through world-class experiences

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Digital Experience Designer has:

• World class skills and/or education that are an asset to perform in the role and the commitment to continuously learn and develop oneself and inspire growth in others

• Experience with Figma & prototyping tools
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzias Values, Business, and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
