Job Title: E-commerce Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Team Leader to oversee our online operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience Oversee product listings, online merchandising, and promotional campaigns Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and optimize performance Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive customer journey and brand consistency Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with order placement and resolving inquiries Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers and improve sales Qualifications: Proven experience in e-commerce management and team leadership Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated ability to learn product details quickly and thoroughly Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools Key Skills: Strategic planning and execution SEO and digital marketing expertise Customer service orientation Team leadership and mentoring Data analysis and interpretation Product knowledge and sales acumen

Nous recherchons un chef d'equipe dynamique et experimente dans le domaine du commerce electronique pour superviser nos operations en ligne, stimuler la croissance des ventes et assurer un service a la clientele exceptionnel.

Responsabilites :

Diriger et encadrer l'equipe de commerce electronique afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et l'efficacite operationnelle.

Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de commerce electronique pour augmenter les ventes en ligne et ameliorer l'experience des clients.

Superviser les listes de produits, le merchandising en ligne et les campagnes promotionnelles.

Gerer les strategies de referencement afin d'ameliorer le classement et la visibilite dans les moteurs de recherche organiques.

Analyser les donnees de vente et les commentaires des clients afin d'eclairer la prise de decision et d'optimiser les performances.

Collaborer avec les equipes marketing et produit pour assurer la cohesion du parcours client et la coherence de la marque.

Fournir un service a la clientele exceptionnel, en aidant a passer les commandes et en repondant aux demandes de renseignements.

Developper une connaissance approfondie des produits afin d'aider efficacement les clients et d'ameliorer les ventes.

Qualifications :

Experience confirmee dans la gestion du commerce electronique et la direction d'une equipe

Solides connaissances en matiere de referencement, de marketing numerique et de plateformes de commerce electronique.

Excellentes capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes

Excellentes capacites de communication et de relations interpersonnelles

Capacite demontree a apprendre rapidement et completement les details d'un produit

Experience de l'analyse des donnees et des outils de suivi des performances

Competences cles :

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
