We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Team Leader to oversee our online operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience
Oversee product listings, online merchandising, and promotional campaigns
Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and optimize performance
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive customer journey and brand consistency
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with order placement and resolving inquiries
Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers and improve sales

Qualifications :
Experience confirmee dans la gestion du commerce electronique et la direction d'une equipe
Solides connaissances en matiere de referencement, de marketing numerique et de plateformes de commerce electronique.
Excellentes capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes
Excellentes capacites de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
Capacite demontree a apprendre rapidement et completement les details d'un produit
