eCommerce Associate

to support our online operations.

The Role

As an eCommerce Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our online stores running smoothly. You'll handle day-to-day operations for our

eBay store

while also assisting with general eCommerce tasks such as product photography, listings, and content updates. This role is best suited for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and jump between different responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update marketplace listings (titles, descriptions, images). Take clear, high-quality photos of items for product listings. Monitor orders, messages, and seller performance on eBay. Assist with promotions, pricing adjustments, and reporting. Coordinate with the team to ensure inventory accuracy across marketplaces. Support general eCommerce tasks (e.g., light WordPress updates, occasional social media posts).

What We're Looking For

Experience with online marketplaces (eBay experience preferred). Comfortable taking product photos and preparing items for listing. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Able to

work independently

and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with WordPress or social media posting tools.

Contract Term:

Approx.

9-12 months

(maternity leave coverage, with potential extension).

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
