Based in SOUTH ETOBICOKE, we are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our growing online presence.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in Shopify Plus and Amazon marketplaces to support daily operations, product management, and digital marketing efforts. This role will work closely with our marketing, sales, and order processing teams to enhance our e-commerce platforms and drive customer engagement

Key Responsibilities

Website Operations & Product Management

: Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, and high-quality images on Shopify Plus and Amazon (U.S. and Canadian markets). Update product statuses, set discount codes, and ensure accurate inventory data. Format, edit, and publish web content and promotional materials aligned with BodyBest's brand voice. Collaborate with the team to maintain and update the Shopify Plus theme for new functionalities.

Digital Marketing & SEO

: Support social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, working closely with the sales and communications teams. Apply SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and search rankings. Stay updated on Shopify trends, Amazon marketplace updates, and digital marketing best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

Creative & Technical Support

: Create and edit visually appealing product images using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools. Assist with product photography or still-life photography to showcase our wellness products. Provide basic IT support for e-commerce integrations and ensure data security for digital tools. Troubleshoot minor technical or operational issues on e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing product uploads and maintenance on Shopify Plus and Amazon marketplaces. Proficiency in Shopify website operations and Amazon Seller Central. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor website updates. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphic design tools for image editing. Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising integrations with Shopify. Strong understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce best practices. Excellent command of English, communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Product or still-life photography experience is a plus.
