What You'll Be Working On:

eComm Photography & Post-Production

(80%)

Capture on-model eComm photography that reflects and elevates Kotn's visual identity. Collaborate with Art Directors, stylists, producers, photo assistants, digitechs, retouchers, and sample coordinators to bring the brand's creative vision to life. Maintain a consistent visual standard while translating art direction into compelling, product-forward imagery. Participate in pre-production planning and contribute to shot lists, lighting direction, and composition. Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and technical equipment to ensure readiness for each shoot. Oversee and execute post-production workflow, ensuring colour accuracy, treatment consistency, and high-quality retouching standards. Ensure all assets are managed, organized, and delivered according to brand and project guidelines.

Editorial/Lookbook & Content/UGC Photography & Post-Production

(20%)

Capture on-model and off-model lookbook/editorial photography both in-studio and on location. Capture social-first ad content (with DSLR or iPhone) for recurring marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Art Directors, stylists, producers, photo assistants, digitechs, retouchers, and sample coordinators to bring the brand's creative vision to life. Oversee and execute post-production workflow, ensuring colour accuracy, treatment consistency, and high-quality retouching standards.

What You'll Bring:

In-Studio Experience

2-4 years of experience with on-model eComm photography and fashion/apparel photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing on-model and off-model work.

Technical Expertise

Technical mastery of studio lighting and photography equipment, in addition to proficiency in Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom, and broader Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
