We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator/Special Needs Assistant (ECE/SNA) to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to children with disabilities and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Duties

Support classroom activities by engaging with students during lessons, playtime, and other educational experiences. Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with educators and other team members to create an inclusive classroom environment. Facilitate communication between parents, caregivers, and educational staff regarding student progress and needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting that promotes learning and development.

Skills

Classroom experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of early childhood education principles. Experience working with children with exceptional needs, showcasing empathy and adaptability in various situations. Strong teaching skills, with the ability to engage young learners effectively. Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Experience with children in caregiving or educational settings is essential.

Pay: $16.50-$31.12 per hour
