We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or ECEA who is currently in school, to join our fun, loving team at our In-Home Centre starting in the new year, 2026. We're a family-friendly, multi-age daycare with 8 wonderful children, and we're looking for a team member who's ready to bring their energy and heart to work every day. If you want to be part of a place where both kids and staff feel like family, this is the spot for you!

Who Can Apply?

We're looking for a candidate who has:

A

valid ECE or ECEA

certificate

Up-to-date

Child Care First Aid training

A

clear criminal record check

A deep understanding of

licensing regulations

and a passion for providing a safe, nurturing environment

Excellent communication skills

between staff and parents A friendly, professional demeanor with a big heart for kids!

What You'll Do:

Bring your best self every day--positive, passionate, and ready to engage! Be reliable, punctual, and hygienic--your professionalism sets the tone. Follow policies, procedures, and licensing standards. Lead fun, age-appropriate activities (art, crafts, games, etc.). Keep communication open with parents and staff. Assist with snack/lunch prep, toileting, and diapering, ensuring kids feel cared for. Maintain a tidy, organized space. Respect confidentiality and handle information with care.
