Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, fostering student development, and implementing engaging instructional strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in nurturing children's growth. The Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure an enriching educational experience for all learners.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioral observations Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary activities and school events Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities Incorporate technology and computer tools to enhance learning experiences Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques Support students with special needs or disabilities by adapting instructional strategies as necessary Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure learning environment

Experience

Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred Experience in early childhood education or special education is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs Strong classroom management skills and leadership qualities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in computer operation and educational software applications Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
