Little Koala Montessori Academy is looking for an experienced part time Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of classroom experience and the following qualifications:

The teacher applicant shall hold a valid Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Educator Assistance License:

Valid First Aid Certification Valid Criminal Record Check 3 Reference Letters Montessori training preferred Only local candidates who are legally authorized to work in Canada permanently will be considered
The teacher applicant shall possess organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, flexibility, enthusiasm for early childhood, a positive outlook and attitude, and a willingness to work with all children.

The teacher applicant shall be knowledgeable in early childhood, learning theories, teaching strategies and have training in classroom management and guidance.

The teacher applicant shall be professional in appearance, manner and attitude. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, 2 weeks paid holiday, in-house Montesssori training, Paid Pro D Day, and staff child care discount.
