Summary

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Lead Educator, your core responsibilities will include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, facilitating communication with parents, and ensuring the well-being of each child. Your premium skills in education and special education will enhance the learning experience for diverse learners. Additionally, your relevant skills in classroom management, time management, and leadership will contribute to a positive and organized classroom atmosphere, making a lasting impact on the children's early development.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide quality care, service, and support to children and their families, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.o Plan and implement a consistent curriculum based on the Creative Curriculum, incorporating robotics, programming, and Singapore Math concepts.o Complete required documentation of children's development, progress, and interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.o Attend required curriculum training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and robotics instruction.o Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging children to explore, experiment, and express themselves creatively.o Build strong connections with parents, increasing engagement and communication to support children's learning and development.o Adhere to work schedules to maintain program ratios and provide adequate notice for any scheduling changes.o Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the program and the academy.
Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education diplomao Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.o Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and volunteers.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.o Flexibility to work split shifts, early mornings, mid-late afternoons, and evenings as required.
