Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) / Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position involves working closely with children to support their development, learning, and overall well-being. The ECE/ECEA will implement educational activities, promote social skills, and ensure a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Provide individualized support to children with working persons disabilities, ensuring their needs are met within the classroom setting. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers to support the educational journey. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.

Experience

Previous experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners. Experience working with children of various abilities, including those with disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young children is essential.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
