Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves working closely with children, educating them through play-based learning, and supporting their developmental needs. The ECE will also engage with children with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide an optimal learning space.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting. Background in early childhood education is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and child development principles. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
