About the Role

Curious Pandas is seeking a nurturing and confident Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or Infant/Toddler Educator (ECE-IT) to join our growing team. This role supports our Infant and Toddler program, caring for a small group of 8 children under the age of 3.

You'll be part of a calm, play-based environment with lots of autonomy, creativity, and team support.

What You'll Do

Plan gentle, developmentally appropriate experiences based on the children's interests Provide respectful, responsive care during daily routines like feeding, diapering, and rest Build secure, trusting relationships with children and their families Collaborate closely with two other educators to create a supportive team dynamic Document observations and help plan an inclusive, responsive program Maintain a tidy, calm, and engaging play space that centres safety, connection, and curiosity

We'd Love to Work With Someone Who...

Holds current ECE or ECE-IT certification in British Columbia Has a nurturing, grounded presence and a deep understanding of early development Feels confident leading a small team and supporting day-to-day decisions Values responsive caregiving, open communication, and respectful relationships Has (or is willing to obtain) valid First Aid/CPR certification and a current criminal record check
