1. Van Transportation

This role requires you to

drive a company van

for picking up and dropping off children to and from school, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.

Important:

Applicants for this position must hold a

Class 4 driver's license

one year of experience

driving a van for child transportation

driver's abstract

2. Nurturing Children's Growth and Well-being

Prioritize the health and safety of every child by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment and providing attentive, developmentally appropriate supervision. Foster children's psychological health by establishing routines, setting clear limits, and promoting healthy emotional expression. Build warm, caring relationships with each child, using positive language and respectful communication to support their unique needs and family context. Plan and implement engaging daily activities that promote social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

3. Building Strong Partnerships

Cultivate an open and cooperative partnership with each child's family, respecting their values and role as primary caregivers. Support families by providing information on child development and creating opportunities for them to be actively involved in our program. Collaborate with colleagues and other community services to provide a holistic support system for children and families.

4. Professional Excellence

Uphold a high level of professionalism through punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to best practices in child care. Embrace ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and sharing knowledge with your team. Ensure continuous compliance with licensing and accreditation regulations, demonstrating a commitment to our mission and philosophy.

Alberta ECE Certification

First Aid in Child Care Certificate

Vulnerable Sectors Check Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
