Kaleidoscope is an inclusive early learning program that welcomes children of all abilities. Our team works with a play based approach guided by the BC Early Learning Framework, and we value curiosity, safety, and a sense of belonging for every child. We support children with developmental disabilities and complex needs and work closely with families and community partners to create a place where kids can grow and feel known.

We are now hiring for full time and part time positions, along with educators who would like to join our substitute list. If you're looking for meaningful work in a supportive environment, we would love to meet you.

What you'll do

Plan and deliver child centered programming rooted in the BC Early Learning Framework Build warm and responsive relationships with children, families, and your team Support children with diverse developmental needs in an inclusive setting Work alongside Supported Child Development and other specialists Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment Maintain documentation, care plans, and health and safety records as required by licensing Contribute to a positive team culture and reflective practice

What you bring

Valid BC certification for ECE, or ECEA First Aid and CPR Clear Criminal Record Check A commitment to inclusion and respectful teamwork

The wage shown does not include the provincial wage enhancement. This amount is added on top of the listed rate for qualified staff.
