Our Metrotown campus is a purpose built facility of 13,948 sq. ft. serving up to 161 children.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized
ECE (Classroom Manager)
to support daily classroom operations and ensure a positive, well managed learning environment.
Role Overview
The Classroom Manager plays a key role in supporting the lead guide and maintaining smooth classroom functioning. This position focuses on organization, classroom flow, child supervision, and communication with staff and families.
Qualifications
Valid ECE license in British Columbia
Minimum 2 years classroom lead/ management experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Criminal Record Check
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and reside in the Lower Mainland
Preferred
Montessori classroom experience
AMI or Montessori training preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Support daily classroom routines and transitions
Assist in maintaining a calm, safe, and organized classroom environment
Supervise children and support positive behavior guidance
Collaborate closely with lead guides and teaching staff
Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Ensure classroom materials and environment are well maintained
Uphold school policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements
