• Care giving to children aged newborn to 5 years.
• Support Supervisor with daily operations responsibilities including overseeing staff scheduling, supervision and training, reservations, guest service, cash handling procedures, lunch procedures, lesson aspect of child minding, regular communications with the sales desk, understand offered programs.
• Strong leadership skills \xe2\x80\x93 conflict resolution, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
• Familiarization with the child care licensing regulations

• ECE Diploma and License to practice
• Valid Level 1 first aid

• Enjoys working with children.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized.
• Animated and creative with children\xe2\x80\x99s games and activities.
• Proven track record in customer service and as a team player.
• Polished interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Must submit to C.R.C.
• Previous experience in a daycare facility preferred but not essential.
