Evans Child Care Centre
We are an infant and toddler licensed daycare capacity for 8 toddler, looking for a kind, patient, reliable and responsible addition to our team member. Applicants must be at least 19 years of age with the appropriate qualifications. They should be prepared to provide references. This position is Monday through Friday full time.

Qualification: IT and ECE, First Aid, Valid Criminal Record Check

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Educate students in various subjects while adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with Children, parents. Provide support for students with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages respect, collaboration, and leadership among students. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Experience

A degree in Education or a related field is required; teaching certification preferred. Experience working in childcare or educational settings is highly desirable Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential for success in this role. Previous leadership experience within an educational context will be advantageous.
