YMCA Child Care - 20hrs week

Kinsmen Afterschool Administrator

ECE Level 2 - Must have 2 years work experience

AECENL Certification required.

It must be clearly shown in your resume and COVER LETTER that you are an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and have AECENL Certification, applicants not providing this will be rejected.

2 Day First Aid - mandatory - can not be expired

NEWsatisfactory CRC and VSC will be required upon hire before working on the floor - we do not accept anything over a week old once hired.
The YMCA of Western NL has multiple sites and our staff must be able to work at all of them if needed to support each team at each site.

Our program is licensed by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. We are seeking Early Childhood Educator Administrator to join our Child Care team.

Job Requirements

Early Childhood Education Certificate, Diploma or Degree - AECENL certified AECENL Pre-school orientation and Early Learning Child Care Framework course considered assets and preferential to be able to work all our sites 2 Experience working in a regulated child care center (not home based) Current Standard 2 day First Aid Acceptable Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sectors Check (new checks will be obtained upon hire with the YMCA)

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $18.06-$37.59 per hour
