Performance Exteriors is a fast growing exterior finishing and renovation company who's main focus is to provide exceptional quality installations and customer service. Our main focus of work is the installation of soffit, fascia, siding and eavestrough. We work with all types of products including aluminum, vinyl, wood and composite materials.

We are looking to grow our team with the right individuals who can lead a job from start to finish, work well alone and with others, pay high attention to detail and safety with great time management skills.

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team of Installers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and will be familiar with the various tools required to carry out this job. Our Installers must be hardworking, detail-oriented, motivated individuals capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative group. Only candidates with prior seamless eavestrough and siding experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Possess good communication skills. Have strong aluminum and eavestrough skills. G class drivers license required. Able to lead a job from start to finish. Working at heights. (Required) Experience with various types of siding and aluminum. Know how to read blueprints and schematics. Be able to work alone and under short deadlines. Possess good time management skills. Experience working on elevated work platforms and ladders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
