From our office in Bracebridge, you will load up your assigned company vehicle and travel directly to the Jobsite. NorStar provides its installers the opportunity of choosing the form of compensation that best suits them, whether it be hourly or piecework pay. NorStar is designed to provide you with limitless growth opportunities, while promoting longevity with multiple incentive programs such as Uniform Allowance, Tool Allowance and much more.

- Ability to get themselves to our office in Bracebridge
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Own Hand Tools preferred
- Conscientious workmanship
- Construction Experience

Qualifications and Skills

Eavestrough Installer

- Ability to read blue prints, diagrams/ work orders and maps,
- Willing to learn and have the ability to perform duties with speed and accuracy
- Ability to complete work in a timely and professional manner
- Outstanding level of service and workmanship
- Ability to work at heights
- Fall Arrest (Working at Heights), First Aid, is an asset
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Ability to lift 23 kgs

Compensation

Work vehicle to be provided by employer
Remuneration will be based on experience and skill level
Hourly rate will give way to a piece work structure once the team is fully trained which is designed to exceed hourly remuneration
