Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Earthworks Supervisor to oversee projects and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with field experience , with expertise in grade control, blueprint reading and quality control. This role requires excellent leadership skills to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with OH&S regulations.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the project site, ensuring all tasks are completed on grade , per the schedule and safely. Ensure Employees are Completing Sitedoc Safety Paperwork Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution. Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets project standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and compliance with OH&S regulations. Manage project while coordinating with field manager to ensure efficient resource allocation. Train and mentor team members.t.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management or related field with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Knowledge of OH&S regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in project scheduling, Quality Control ,blueprint reading, and construction estimating. Experience working in commercial projects is required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
