The EarlyOn position is designed for individuals passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to supporting the development of young children, including those with special needs. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of children, including those with disabilities. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Maintain organized classroom settings that promote safety and accessibility for all students. Utilize computer skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes. Manage time efficiently to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative tasks. Provide support and guidance to children during activities, ensuring their individual needs are met. Collaborate with other educators and specialists to enhance the educational experience for children with special needs.

Experience

Must have ECE certification Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or special education is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation effectively. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in both children and colleagues. Excellent writing skills for creating reports, lesson plans, and communication materials. Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks related to the role.
