The Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre is looking for 2 full time servers in our restaurant. We are business personal and our mandate is to take care of our guests and feels that we are home away from home, Duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to: - serve food and beverages
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Must be able to organize own workflow to efficiently meet the needs of our customers
- Serving food/beverages to guests in a professional manner
- General plate service
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Must have an excellent command of the English language
- Present bills to customer and accept payment
- Clear and clean tables
- Balance cash and record sales
- Replenish condiments
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings as per business needs
- Must have a proserve ticket
- Friendly and courteous manner
- Prioritize, organize and multitask
- Any additional duties as required
- Always have a positive attitude
