Job Description
Be a part of Pizzamoreh's mission to craft delicious frozen pizzas! This position you will focus on dough sheeting and pizza production, ensuring every pizza meets our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Dough Sheeting
: Operate and monitor dough sheeting machines to produce uniform pizza dough bases.Quality Control
: Inspect dough and finished pizzas to ensure consistency and quality.Workspace Maintenance
: Keep production and dough sheeting areas clean and organized, adhering to sanitation standards.Equipment Care
: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on sheeting and production equipment.You will be starting out doing the dough prep, Monday you make the dough and portion it into 200-400 dough balls, 1-2 hours, Tuesday Sheeting the dough and par baking in the oven 4-6hr and the same thing for Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday Sunday.
Looking for EARLY MORNING, Start at 5 or 6 in on the Tuesdays and Thursdays, sundays are more lenient.

Pizza Production
: Assemble pizzas by applying sauces, cheeses, and toppings per recipe specifications.Production 4-5 hours Monday Wednesday Friday.
We can move things around and add so its longer shift as well. we are pretty flexible with times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
