Early Learning Educator (3 Supervisor/2 Worker)

Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have ample experience working with children and possess strong organizational skills to create engaging learning environments.
Level 2 & 3 educators, with Canadian daycare/dayhome experience, are our current focus at this moment.
Responsibilities
Create programs based on observations of children's engagement Facilitate classroom experiences and maintain a positive learning atmosphere Utilize time management skills to ensure children's needs are met Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Use positive language and modelling to motivate and engage students Perform daily tasks to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the play spaces Assess and support our learners with self-help, physical, and social-emotional skills
Experience
Previous experience working in a daycare setting, using
FLIGHT
as a curriculum framework (or a willingness to learn!). Experienceplanning for and supporting diverse groups of children
across different ages and developmental stages. Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge ofAlberta licensing requirements
. Ability toadapt to children's needs and interests
, fostering meaningful engagement. Comfort inactively participating in children's play
