About Us:

Aubrey Daycare Centre is a warm, inclusive, and community-oriented daycare offering small group care (8 children per group) in a beautiful, purpose-built facility for children aged Birth to 3 years. Our philosophy centers on supporting each child's unique developmental journey through play-based learning, nurturing relationships, and a strong connection with families.

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator (IT) to join our program. If you are dedicated to early childhood education and looking to work in a supportive and respectful environment, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Valid ECE and Infant/Toddler Certification - BC Current First Aid Certification (child-specific) Clean Criminal Record Check

Responsibilities:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that supports children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth Observe and document children's progress and communicate regularly with families Support children with routines such as feeding, diapering, sleeping, and transitions Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and contribute to a strong team culture Follow all licensing regulations and centre policies Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that values diversity and cultural sensitivity Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development

Wage:

$28.00 - $29.00/hr (includes ECEWE)
