Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will work closely with children, parents, and other staff members to ensure that each child's individual needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a background in early childhood education.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
Educate children through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and structured lessons.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Utilize computer operation skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, including those with disabilities.
Encourage bilingual communication when appropriate to support language development in children.
Requirements
Early Childhood Education Certificate or higher.
Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Bilingual skills in English and another language are considered an asset.
Familiarity with classroom management techniques and early childhood education best practices.
Commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
