Job Description

IC Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Burnaby, BC. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and education to young children and have experience working with infants and toddlers, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children under 36 months. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's growth and learning. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families about their development. Follow licensing regulations and centre policies to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

Valid ECE certification in BC.

At least 1 year of experience working in an infant and toddler group.*
Strong understanding of child development and the needs of children under 36 months. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
