Rockstar Music is a network of university-educated musicians, teachers and recording industry professionals. We provide private lessons as well as community-based music programs, such as Parent & Tots, Daycares, and Montessori Schools.

We are currently looking for an

Early Childhood Music Instructor

to join our team. If you have experience teaching pre-instrumental music to toddlers, please submit your application!

Requirements

:

Access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from lessons Reliable, patient, open-minded and enjoy working with children Able to work independently with limited to no supervision Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner BA Music or completion of ARCT is considered an asset ECEs & Ontario Certified Teachers are encouraged with rate premiums

Responsibilities

Encourage the joy of making music Help students develop the discipline and commitment required for success Make learning just as fun as making music itself Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed Give brief feedback to parents at the end of every lesson
