is recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. Our daycare and out of school care program operates through the year in bright, clean, and well-maintained spaces. This includes access to the school facilities. Our program staff encourage and facilitate children's participation in planned activities, providing guidance and instruction while monitoring individual and group behaviour to ensure a safe, nurturing, creative environment.

Successful candidates will:

be able to provide a warm, compassionate learning environment enjoy fostering children's sense of well-being, promoting feelings of belonging and inclusiveness be flexible to the changing needs of the children and programs work in a team environment, collaboratively with children and families, colleagues and administration have problem solving and multi-tasking skills maintain a neat, orderly and clean environment, including all activity areas have the ability to work under minimal supervision

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

Commitment to Catholic education Training specific to the role (ECE/ECEA/Responsible Adult preferred) with proven experience Flexible schedule Monday to Friday Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters
