About Us:

Curious Kids Daycare is a licensed childcare facility located in the beautiful Southeast community of Legacy and Shawnee Park. We provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for children aged 12 months to 5 years. Our mission is to support early learning by promoting academic development, life skills, and meaningful relationships with caring adults.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated

Level 1,

Level 2 and Level 3 Early Childhood Educators

to join our growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the Curious Kids family from the very beginning and play a key role in shaping a high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care and supervision for children ages 1-5 years Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care Assist with eating, diapering, toileting, and dressing as needed Plan, implement, and document play-based learning activities Support all areas of child development through intentional programming Maintain open, professional communication with families and the Director Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace Assist with daily housekeeping tasks such as classroom cleaning and kitchen duties

Qualifications:

Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3) Valid First Aid & CPR Certification Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic team player
