Seven Oaks Sadok Inc., nestled in the north of Winnipeg (Garden City area), is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECE II to join our dynamic team.
We are licensed for 18 Nursery children, and 18 School-Age children. We believe in fostering a nurturing environment where children explore, learn, and grow through diverse experiences.

Permanent, Parttime 25/ hours/week (Summer - full time)

The Ideal Candidate Is
ECE II willing to:
Commanunicate fluently in verbal and written English (or willing to learn)
Implement and deliver a high-quality, child-led, and nature-based curriculum.
Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes learning and development
Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families.
Be a supportive team member who is able to collaborate and work with other team members to achieve program goals
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, ability to take initiative, and think outside the box
Participate in monthly newsletters and staff meetings.

Qualifications:
ECE II certification and classification in Manitoba
Current First Aid/ CPR Level C certification or be willing to complete it within the first month of employment
Clear criminal background and child abuse registry checks
Minimum 2 years of experience as an ECE II (preferred)
