Early Childhood Educator IIKinderWorld is looking for a creative, energetic and fun ECE II to join our team. We are a childcare centre located in North Kildonan and have a Christian Philosophy. We care for children infant to school age.. You must be available to work between 6:45 am and 6:00pm. (subject to changes based on scheduling needs).Candidates:Must have an Early Childhood Educator II Classification from the Province of Manitoba.Must have Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector within last 3 monthsMust have Clear Child Abuse Registry Check within last 3 monthsMust have valid First Aid and CPRSkills and abilities required... Strong Behaviour Management skills and confidence in carrying out discipline Knowledge of Preschool children and their interests, developmental levels Excellent child care skills, with the ability to relate to preschool-age children Ability to encourage independence and appropriate peer relationships Able to work as a team member with competence in working independently as well Strong communication skills with parents, staff, and children (customer service) Deal with conflict and parent concerns in a professional and positive manner Good-natured and enjoys working with people Awareness of day care regulations (health and hygiene) Professionalism, must have integrity and respect confidentialityDuties include...
