We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties



Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the standards of early childhood education. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and support children's development. Utilize leadership skills to guide classroom activities and manage student behavior effectively. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs and diverse learning styles. Maintain organized records of student progress and communicate updates to parents regularly. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest trends and techniques in early childhood education. Implement Dakota culture and language into daily activities and routines

Experience



A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy classroom environment. Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire confidence in children and colleagues alike. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
