Ukkina Licensed Family Childcare is looking for a self motivated, ECE professional or ECEA who can engage and inspire dynamic young minds in a supportive, nurturing environment!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe and stimulating environment for children, while also providing educational activities that promote their development.

What you'll do:

Provide

high-quality care and fun educational activities

that engage and inspire children. Create and adapt

curriculum and lesson plans

to meet each child's individual needs. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Maintain a

safe, clean, and welcoming space

where children feel comfortable and excited to learn. Build meaningful

relationships with children, parents, and staff

through clear communication. Ensure the

well-being and safety

of all children at all times Implement positive strategies to support

social and emotional development

Problem solve

and initiate innovative solutions in varying classroom situations As a lead teacher,

work independently and clearly communicate inspirations and ideas with children and staff

Qualifications:

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Any experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid First Aid Certification Current Criminal Records Check

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
