Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood classroom.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families regarding their child's progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Experience:
-Experience working with infants
- Previous experience working in a childcare or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and execute daily activities.
- Leadership skills to guide and supervise children in the classroom.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources.
- Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
