We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.
Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
Proficient computer skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
Time management skills to balance multiple tasks while ensuring quality education delivery.
