Responsibilities



Design and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development principles. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques. Support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through tailored activities and interactions. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support children's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare and adheres to health and safety regulations. Use assessment tools such as standardized testing to monitor developmental milestones and inform instruction. Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods into daily activities to enhance holistic growth. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, toddler care, preschool experience, and other relevant areas.

Skills



Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education needs and early intervention programs to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to implement literacy education initiatives and utilize standardized testing for assessment purposes. Experience with childcare settings such as daycare or private schools; familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus.
