At K.I.N. Outdoor Learning Centre, nature is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our dynamic team. As part of our licensed programs, teachers spend at least 90% of the class day outdoors on our private forest property, and nature is woven into all aspects of our curriculum.
Our program is centered around inquiry-based learning through play and hands-on discovery. The curriculum is emergent, based on the interests of the children, and experiences are deeply rooted in the seasonal changes of the natural world. Teachers implement high-quality early childhood practices alongside high-quality environmental education principles to foster a love of learning in all our children.
