Job Description



1. Be a team player with positive attitude.

2. Be comfortable to work with children of all ages.

3. Offer a play-based emergent curriculum

4. Observe, record, and document children's work and progress

5. Foster social interactions and child development

6. Build relationships with children, parents, and co-workers

7. Plan and organize activities for children that support and promote their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

8. Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.

9. Provide opportunities for children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.

10. Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well being of children.

11. Be able to lift 50 pounds.

12. Perform and share in cleaning tasks.

Required Skills



1. Early Childhood Educator (ECE, ECA and ECI) -Previously named Level 1, 2, or 3

2. First Aid/CPR, Food Safety, Satisfactory Criminal Record check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
