Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves fostering curiosity, encouraging creativity, and promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere that helps children grow and develop at their own pace.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment where children can explore and engage. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and provide feedback to parents. Promote positive behaviors and guide children in conflict resolution. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the program.

Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field. Previous experience working with young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices. A passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives.

Pay: $15.00-$28.00 per hour
