First Aid/CPR
Food Safe (asset)
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication
Strong knowledge and awareness of child development

Works in partnership with families and, when required, links them to additional community support.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate good judgment

Ability to use an iPad efficiently for documentation, communication, and program planning
Duties of the Position
As an educator at ProducKIDvity, you are entrusted with responsibilities that go beyond daily care. You are shaping safe, joyful, and inclusive spaces where children and families feel a true sense of belonging. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Curriculum & Learning
Through the lens of Reggio Emilia, plan and implement activities that promote the creative, intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth of each child.
Follow an emergent, play-based curriculum rooted in children's interests, questions, and ideas, in alignment with Saskatchewan's Early Learning Framework.and confidence building
Document learning journeys through photos, stories, and displays, keeping families connected to their child's growth and discoveries
Environment & Engagement
Organize classroom layout and materials so they are welcoming, inclusive, and engaging for both children and families.
Design spaces that support child-led exploration and are inclusive of diverse abilities, ensuring every child thrives.
Health, Safety & Well-Being
Ensure children are supervised at all times, including bathroom routines and transitions in and out of program spaces.
Staff should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Follow Ministry of Health requirements: safe handwashing practices, sanitising toys and equipment, and ensuring contagious children remain at home.
Take every step to prioritize the physical and emotional safety of all children in your care
Family & Community Partnerships
Build and maintain open, respectful, and supportive communication with families through daily conversations and Brightwheel updates
Partner with families to foster strong, collaborative relationships rooted in "shared caring."
Engage with the broader community, reflecting ProducKIDvity's commitment to social enterprise and community involvement.
Professionalism & Teamwork
Uphold all ProducKIDvity policies and licensing requirements
