Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that foster children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, music, arts, dramatic play, and local outings.
Encourage creativity and self-expression through a variety of activities.
Support and guide children in developing healthy eating, dressing, and toileting habits.
Observe and document children's progress, identifying any potential learning or behavioral concerns.
Prepare written observations and share them with supervisors and parents as required.
Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and classroom strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to support each child's holistic development.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for all children.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of early childhood assistants and other support staff.
Qualifications
Required:
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or currently enrolled in ECE training (ECE IT)
